Porsche Centre Reading was the proud sponsor of the Wallingford Vehicle Rally and Parade 2017. On Sunday 7 May, the small historic town of Wallingford became home to a host of classic, iconic and unique vehicles from across the ages.
All money raised is donated to local charities and this year had the greatest turnout yet; exceeding last year’s record to raise over £12,000 and attracting over 300 vehicles to participate in the rally.
Porsche Centre Reading was delighted to support the event and exhibited a showcase of the latest generation 911 and Macan. The Centre also displayed two classic Porsche cars in the form of a Porsche 912 and a Porsche 356 at the Kinecroft.
Sean Wilson, Centre Principal at Porsche Centre Reading said “As the main sponsors of Wallingford Vehicle Rally, it was a privilege to support such a great and unique automotive event whichraises money for charity. It was also a pleasure to meet and interact with fans of the brand throughout the day.”

For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
